Yvon Kathleen Davis

Yvon is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Thomas, daughter, Audrey, son, Nate and brothers and sisters Carl II (Pamela) Bryant, John (Janie) Bryant, Mary (Steve) Roediger, and Ruth (Ron) White. Brother and sister In-laws Barb and Marv Wourms, Deb Davis and Tom Garmen, Kathy Davis Borger and Dave Borger, Ken and Karen Davis, Jeff and Nancy Davis and mother in-law Esther Davis, along with other dear family, nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by, Helena Peterson Bryant sister in-law, William “Bill” Davis brother in-law, and Harold “Bud” Davis father in-law. Yvon’s passions were family, travel, and staying active. Her travel career started at the age of 5 as she walked from Evening Street elementary school in Worthington to her parents’ travel agency in Olde Worthington to file brochures. Culminating in retirement from BCD Travel as Senior Director of Account Management. Yvon enjoyed staying active by walking, biking, and exercising. After moving to downtown Columbus, she enjoyed long walks in the city with an occasional stop at her favorite “watering holes”. Her first passion though was her family. Yvon planned many family trips to Europe, the southwest, and Carolina beaches. Family time at home consisted of cooking, attending family activities, and spending time outside. Her greatest strength was selflessness. She always per others first even during her last days with us.
