Donald graduated from St Thomas Aquinas High School and would go on to attend Miami University where he received his Bachelors degree in information technologies. In his free time Donald had a passion for steam locomotives which resulted in a number of family vacations by rail.
Donald will be greatly missed by his children, Michael Kramer and Gretchen Kramer; grandchildren, Oliver Gibson Kramer; half-sister, Rosemary Smith; and Cousins, Ray Warmuth and Shirley Springer.
A private service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ohio Railway Museum.
