Mae Mooneyham Livingston, 86, passed away Monday, July 20, 2015. Born in Columbia, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Leonard T. and Willie Mooneyham. Mrs. Livingston was a graduate of University High School in Columbia and was a member of Lexington Baptist Church in Lexington, S. C. She retired from Southern Bell in 1971 after 20 years of service.
Mrs. Livingston is survived by her husband of 61 years, W. A. (Bill) Livingston; her son, Mike (Sherryl) Livingston of Suwanee, GA; her daughter, Robin (Art) Zeigler of Marietta, GA; five grandchildren: Brian (Michelle) Livingston, Brent (Katie) Zeigler, Alan (Grace) Livingston, Brittany (Joseph) Romeo, Melissa (Trey) Farr, and three great grandchildren.
Mrs. Livingston was predeceased by a brother, Leonard B. Mooneyham and a sister, Hilda Mooneyham Fischer.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, July 24, at Woodridge Memorial Park, 138 Corley Mill Road, Lexington, S.C. Visitation with the family will be at noon. Interment will follow the ceremony.
Mrs. Livingston’s family appreciates the services provided by Amedisys Hospice Care of Kennesaw, GA during her illness. They extend a special thank you to Tina Peery.
