Mr. Greg Lamar Hood, 64, of Atlanta, GA passed away April 21, 2020. Greg was born in Atlanta, GA on January 19, 1956 to the late Annie Mae and James Clyde Hood. Greg enjoyed a career as an electrician and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, number 613. He will be remembered for his quick wit and unique sense of humor. He also enjoyed racing go-karts. Greg always put his family first and was a loving and devoted father and grandfather.
Left to cherish his memory are his son, Kevin Hood (Jaymen Ritsch); daughter, Angela Lovelady (Chris); grandchildren, Michael Ballard, Libby Dyer and Ryan Dyer; brothers, Larry and Chuck Hood; sisters, Elaine Grant and JoAnne Short; former spouse and great friend, Lisa Hood Reynolds; and many loving nieces, nephews and extended family.
