Marsanico, 95 years young, born on October 21, 1919, in Long Island City, New York and resided in Astoria, New York, beloved husband for 69 years of the late Agnes Marsanico, wonderful, loving father of Linda Marsanico, Anthony T. Marsanico, Janet Sgritto and Joan Marsanico; beloved father-in-law of Barbara Marsanico, James Sgritto, Jose Herrera; loving grandfather of Thomas Stolp, Lori Caiazzo, Leigh Marsanico-Byrne, the late Anthony Marsanico, Jr., Lynn Szczurowski, Megan Marsanico-Byrne, Daniel Marsanico, Matthew Sgritto; and great grandfather of Alexandra Chwe-Stolp, Julianna Caiazzo, Robert Chwe-Stolp, Daniella Caiazzo, Salvatore Caiazzo, Daniel Thomas Marsanico, Isabella Szczurowski, and Anthony Joseph Marsanico.

Our beloved father served fearlessly in the US Marine Corp. in Iwo Jima during WWII. He had a passion for his wife and his family, opera, art, dancing, telling jokes, clams on the half shell and Atlantic City.

We will miss him, always love him, and he will be forever in our hearts.
