It is with a broken heart and great sadness to announce that after a hard-fought battle with an aggressive cancer, Ronald Andrew Small, of Woodside, New York, passed away on May 4th 2023 at the age of 63.
Ronnie is survived by Kathy - his wife of 38 years, his daughter Samantha, her husband Michael, his son Kevin, his sister Carol and Brother Bryant.
Ronnie was predeceased by his parents James and Evelyn and brother James.
Ronnie will always be remembered for his strength and unwavering loyalty to his family and friends. His laughter and voice were one of a kind and will be missed by all who knew him.
Ronnie was a hard working laborer with Local 731 for over 35 years, who never took a sick day. He was also an executive board member of the Jackson Social and Field Club for over 30 years.
He loved the Jets, Mets and Rangers.
He never complained and was the strongest fighter up until the very end.
Our Family is devastated and suffering an immense loss, but we find comfort in knowing he lived a full life and is finally at peace.
