Marlene loved spending time with her family and friends, reading books, playing golf, and
traveling. Her children and grandchildren were the light of her life. She will be missed for infinite
reasons, but chiefly among them are her generous spirit, loving and protective nature, sense of
humor, gift of gab, and impassioned spunk. Marlene will forever live on in the hearts and minds
of those she loved so dearly.
Loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Preceded in death by parents, Vera and
Lawrence; sisters, Shirley Horton, Gerry Hartman, and Gladys Humphrey; and brothers-in-law
