Died on Fri., 4/26 after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Preceded in death by parents, Ernest & Orien; and uncle, Orville Larson. Survived by wife, Patricia; children Gina, Gary, Jr., Gregory (Beth); grandchildren, Jessica, Trey, Rachelle; siblings, Dennis (Judy), Diane (Dennis) Sorenson, Ron (Marsha), Wayne; and many nieces & nephews. Gary was committed to evangelism & family. He gave 24 yrs. of service to the City of Maplewood as Planning Commissioner and Chairman of the Housing and Re-development Authority. He served as Vice-president of the MN Manufactured Housing Association (Twin Cities) and was inducted in the Hall of Fame for the association. Service on Tues., 4/30, 12PM at Woodbury Lutheran Church, 7380 Afton Rd., Woodbury, with visitation 1 hr. prior. Interment at Union Cemetery, Maplewood. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
