A. Kenneth (Ken) Darling, age 85, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, August 21, 2022. He was born October 17, 1936, in Summit, New Jersey.
Ken graduated from Duke University in 1960 and throughout his career he worked in the technology field, with much of his career spent at Control Data Corporation. Ken was a volunteer at the Minnesota Zoo for over 20 years. While at the zoo he started and maintained the blue bird trail. He was also active in several pottery groups in the metro and became very proficient with his pottery work.
Ken is survived by his daughter Mary Kunz, grandchildren Brady and Callie Kunz and many nieces and nephews.
A private family celebration of life will be held.
