With heavy hearts and deep sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved Drew Leonard Douglas Jack. Born on November 29, 1993, Drew was called home to be with the Lord on March 21, 2025 at the tender age of 31 years. On his paternal side Drew is survived by his aunts and uncles: James (Shawn) O'Watch, Windy (Brenda) O'Watch and Theresa O'Watch and also numerous extended family members, cousins who were like brothers and sisters to him and many friends who were touched by his kindness and infectious humor.
Drew was known for his deep love and devotion to his family. He shared countless hours with his nieces, nephews and son, coaching and nurturing them with their sports. He took pride in conditioning them for their games, always ensuring they had the skills and confidence they needed to succeed. His commitment to his family extended far beyond words. He truly embodied what it meant to be protective, caring and loving.
A passionate athlete, Drew loved playing hockey with the CTK Warriors during the winter and enjoyed slow-pitch and golf in the summer. His humor, warmth and generosity of spirit made him a friend to all. No matter where he went, Drew left an impression and made lifelong friendships. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
As we mourn Drew's loss, we take comfort in the words of Philippians 4:7: “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Drew was taken from us far too soon, but his love and legacy will forever be etched in our hearts. We find peace knowing he is now resting in the arms of the Lord.
