Thomas Roger Kenney, age 77, of Winter Park, passed away peacefully at his home on November 17, 2014. Born in Sheboygan, WI, Mr. Kenney was the son of the late Roger and Marianne Kenney. He served 20 years in the U.S. Navy, as a comptroller, retiring as a LDCR. He also had his own accounting practice for over 30 years. An active member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, he was a long-time Lector and the church accountant for many years. He is survived by his loving wife Margaret (Marge) Kenney. He was a beloved father to Kathryn (Phil) St. Onge, Susan (Jess) Knowles, Janet Kenney, and Leanne (Gary) Kenney-Arwin. He was also a beloved grandfather to Cody and Brett St. Onge, Tyler Kenney, and Melissa and Alex Arwin. Mr. Kenney is also survived by his sisters Mary Kay (Russ) Chaiser and Julia Simer and his brother Timothy (Linda) Kenney and many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to attend his Memorial Mass at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Friday, November 21, 2014 at 3:00pm. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church or the Wounded Warrior Project, in memory of Mr. Kenney.
