After graduating from the University of South Florida with a degree in Marketing, he enjoyed a 34 year career as an executive with ADP and retired from there in 2002. A colleague of Tom’s at ADP recently said “During his business career, he earned a reputation of being a good judge of people and would only hire the best. Integrity, good work ethic, and commitment were necessary ingredients to survive. He had the ability to get people to perform at a high level and truly enjoy their job. He cared about everyone he hired as well as their families. Everyone loved working with Tom because he developed you to another level in your career. Records he set in the company have still not been broken after all these years.”
