Dora Mae Wilkins

Dora was born May 19, 1937 in Canastota, New York and resided in Ocala, Florida until she passed away. She worked at Lockheed Martin's as a Quality Inspector until she took retirement. Dora was such a giving, loving person with many talents especially making cakes for family and co-workers.

She was married to Junior Ward from 1958 unil 1972 and had 4 children. In 1973, she married Frank E. Wilkins with 3 children. They both worked hard and devoted their time to their family. Also, she loved to spend her time dancing.

Dora is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Lorena Woodworth; husband, Frank E. Wilkins; mother in law Grace Wilkins; daughter, Linda Lane; 3 brothers; 6 sisters; son in law Steve Weirich, 1 granddaughter, and 4 great grandchildren.

Dora leaves behind Frank (Tina) Wilkins, Lorena (Eddie) Park, Lillian (Rick) Foster, Cathy (Bill) Kinsman, Mona Weirich, Kelly (Brian) Jordon, son in law Rick Lane, Junior (Nancy) Ward, 17 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild along with a host of nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Dora will be held Friday, June 10, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 7520 Aloma Avenue, Winter Park 32792. The funeral service will follow at 12 pm with Brother Scott Bruinsma officiating. Interment will follow in Glen Haven Memorial Park.
