Betsy Bryson, 71, died on November 18, 2016, in Winter Park, Florida with her family by her side. She was born on August 25, 1945 at the Naval Base in Orlando, FL, to her wonderful parents, Ernest A. Bryson and Hazel M. Bryson, who both attended Rollins College. After Betsy attended Winter Park High School, Howie-in-the-Hills private school, and St. Andrews College in Laurinburg, NC, she began working for her family janitorial supply company, Bry-Tur, Inc. Following in her dad's footsteps, she started as a salesperson, and years later when her mother retired, she was the owner and operator of the company. When the time came for Betsy to retire, she spent her time helping those she loved, and making memories with her friends and family. She touched so many with her heart, made them laugh with her spunk, and loved her family and friends with everything she had. Betsy is survived by her sister Jill Bryson of Douglasville ,Ga., her daughter Jill Delhaye of Winter Park, her son-in-law Tim Delhaye, and her two grandsons, Zander and Sawyer Delhaye. A memorial service for Betsy will be held at 2:00 on Monday, November 21st, at the First United Methodist Church Winter Park, 125 N Interlachen Ave., Winter Park 32789. A reception will follow at the family home, 426 Langholm Drive Winter Park 32789. In leu of flowers, donations can be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's research in Betsy's name, as this is a cause that was near to her heart.
