Esther Delores Nelson

Esther Delores Nelson, age 97 of Orlando, Florida passed away on December 7, 2013. She was born in Marion, Indiana on August 8, 1916. Esther was a homemaker and she was Christian by her faith. She loved to be with her family, and she loved to sew and make beautiful clothes for her children. She also was an avid reader and loved to play the piano. Esther was preceded in death by her husband, Waldo B. Nelson and her children: William A. Nelson, Lois J. Southwick and Karen E. Ward. She is survived by her children: Robert L. Nelson, Waldo B. Nelson, Jr., John D. Nelson, James S. Nelson, Michael L. Nelson, Patricia Ann Welch, Mary E. Andrews, Joanna R. Branham and Rozella M. Kendall; by her twenty three grandchildren, her forty great grandchildren, her twenty nine great great grandchildren and her two great great great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Esther’s life will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 10:30 AM at the Calvary Church of the Nazarene, 750 Roger Williams Rd., Apopka, FL 32703.
