A native of Winston-Salem, she graduated from Mount Tabor High School in 1986. Lou attended Wingate University and graduated from Elon University with a B.A. in Elementary Education. She worked for PepsiCo.
Her precious triplets were the love of her life and her greatest accomplishment. She was so proud of each of them and her favorite past time was singing their praises.
Lou’s legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering strength will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her presence will be greatly missed, but her spirit will live on forever.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Mary Louise Moore Davis and Robert Lee Davis Sr.
She leaves behind her three amazing children Hannah Steen, Mary Davis Steen and Joseph Steen, a brother Robert Lee Davis, Jr. (Rose), and their two children as well as her stepmother, Krystyna Davis.
