Annie Kehler

On March 23, 2025, Annie Kehler (nee THIESSEN) went to be with her Saviour, Jesus Christ.

She is survived by her loving husband, John, three children, Victor (Rhonda), Alma (Jake), and Vironika, 7 grandchildren, one sister, Adina (Johan Schroeder) and 2 brothers, Rudolf (Margaret), and Erdmann (Anne). She is predeceased by her parents, 4 brothers (Jacob, Franz, Martin, and Hans) and 2 sisters (Gertrude Toews and Maria Sawatzky).

Annie was a devoted wife and mother and always a good friend. She worked in the dietary department at Donwood Manor for 24 years and later as a palliative home care provider. She was always devoted in her work and will be missed by many.

She put her faith Jesus Christ for salvation and has received eternal life.

A celebration of Annie's life will be held on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Springfield Heights Mennonite Church, 570 Sharon Bay, Winnipeg, Manitoba. A graveside service will occur at Sage Creek Cemetery (Mennonite Memorial Gardens).

Es hat den Herrn ueber Leben und Tod gefahlen, unsere geliebte Ehefrau, Mutter und Großmutter, Frau Anni Kehler, geborene Thiessen, zu sich zu holen.Sie starb heute, Sonntag, den 23.Maerz um 5.15 frueh nach langem schweren Leiden im Alter von 76 Jahren und 6 Monaten im St Boniface Hospital.

Sie hinterlaesst ihren tieftrauernden Eheman John Kehler, so wie die Kinder Victor und Rhonda Kehler , Alma und Jasch Klassen, so wie Vironika Kehler de Smith , mit ihren jeweiligen Familien. Wann die Abschiedsfeier stattfinden wird, wird spaeter bekannt gegeben werden.Es trauern um sie auch die Geschwister Kehler und Thiessen in Canada und Paraguay.
