Russell “Yogi” Haymon, age 68 of Bethlehem, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2015. He retired from FED X after 20 years of service. He was a graduate of Winder-Barrow High School. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl Emerson and Lois Lee Delay Haymon. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Janice Haney Haymon of Bethlehem; two daughters, Renee Moon (Danny) of Winder and Billie Cooper (Larry) of Statham; a brother, Gary Haymon of Snellville; a sister, Trina Gresham of Winder; five grandchildren, Dustin Moon (Victoria), Raquel Wetherald (Brian), Taylor Garland, Autry Cooper and Marissa Cooper and a great-grandchild, Reese Wetherald. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 4:00PM in the chapel of Smith Funeral Home with Rev. John Briscoe officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 until 4:00PM before the service.
