Debora Emory Joyner, 66, of Sims passed away Sunday. A memorial service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 25, 2021, at Thomas-Yelverton Funeral Home, Wilson, NC. Inurnment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson, NC.
Debora is survived by her son, Dallas Joyner and girlfriend, AJ Jones, of Sims; two brothers, Wesley Emory and wife, Cathy, of Woodland, NC and Tim Emory and wife, Sandra, of Tyner, NC.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elton Joyner; her grandson, Grayson Joyner; her parents, Claude and Nannie Pendergraft Emory; one brother, Wayne Emory.
