Hayse was born July 30, 1942 in Grissettown, NC. She was preceded in death by her parents, Olan Hewett and Doshia Brown; husbands, David L. Parish, Sr. and William L. Smith; brother, Colles Hewett; grandson, Eric; niece, Betty Sue; and her precious dog, Sissy Lou.
Hayse is survived by her sons: David (Renee), Paul (Susan Ganci), Gary (Kellie) and Randolph of the home; daughter-in-law, Kathy Parish; sisters, Margaret Lucille Gillespie and Elizabeth Burnette Brown; 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; many nephews; and a special niece, Renee Hammonds.
Hayse worked at Deutsch Relays for many years until it closed. She later received her CNA degree and lovingly cared for others. Hayse brought much happiness to her family and friends with her wonderful home-cooked meals, loving nature and sweet smile.
She truly loved and enjoyed her grandchildren: Stephanie, Kara, Megan, Aaron, Daniel, Lindsey, Steven, Tiffany, Whitney, Gary, Scott, Christopher, and Matthew.
With her steadfast faith, she loved praising and worshipping her Lord Jesus at church as well as at home. Hayse leaves a family whom loved her and will always cherish her memory.
The family will receive friends from 12:00pm to 1:00pm Friday, March 25, 2022 at Coble Funeral and Cremation Service at Greenlawn Memorial Park. A Memorial Service will follow at 1:00pm by Tim Russell. A Graveside Service will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
