Today marks one month without you, words can’t explain how hard today has been knowing you have been gone for a month already. It feels like just the other day we were sitting and talking about a car race that was on, the guy that you were hoping was going to win was in the lead. Rest in peace Grampa bill, you are dearly missed already. It’s so weird not having you around telling jokes, playing with little bit, or greeting me when I walk in the door. You were an amazing man that lots of people looked up to. I wish I could of just spent  one more day with you. It’s taking to long for me to express my feelings, but you know my feelings run very deep. It won’t be easy navigating this life without your weekly text’s from Nascar Racing to football and everything in between. I’m very fortunate to have spent some of the best and funniest times with you! Our time together will never be forgotten! Some of the sayings,  one liners I will use at exactly the right and wrong time will go on for my life time. LOL I wasn’t ready for you to began your next journey. I miss you so much! I'm already missing you so 😔 that it hurts. I miss our daily chats and wonderful conversations. Football season just hurts me to the core knowing that I can't share all of the excitement with you.  Such an empty spot in my heart. Your kind loving smile will always be remembered by me. You always just knew what to say to me to perk me up out a depression.  I am so glad that you are at peace and that you are a complete renewed being to live eternally with our heavenly father Jesus Christ.  Heaven is now blessed with another beautiful soul.  You may be gone from my site but you will forever live in my heart. I love you Daddy.

Thank you for finding my Grandma and making her so happy for so many years, and in turn giving me a Grandpa to love and grow up with as a little girl. You were always so gentle and kind, always going above and beyond to make everyone smile and be happy. You added immeasurably to the positive men role models in my life. I enjoyed all the time we spent together as I grew up and especially that unforgettable cross country trip to California in the RV, all the sites we experienced together for the first time, the ups and downs of the trip and the fun we had at Disney and Sea World. Thank you for loving me so much and loving my children and being the best Great Grandpop to them. We will miss you so terribly bad here but to think of the glory that you are now apart of makes me smile because you deserve that and I know God has a plan for when we reunite in Heaven. Maybe when I am there we will have another baked spaghetti dinner together, because I’ll sure miss you making me feel like I was the best cook ever! Until we see each other again, I love you! We had so many good times together it is impossible to list them all. Playing pool on the table that was not level. Texting during football games.  “Dinner” at Swenson’s Ice scream Parlor!  But  mostly just drinking coffee, talking and being together. I’ll miss you Bill. Till we meet again.

As we lay you to rest, my heart breaks, with this final goodbye for now.  You were such a powerful light to this world.  Walking this path without you won’t be easy, but our memories will keep me company. You truly were a wonderful soul and Uncle. I pray that god will reward you in heaven.  You left an indelible mark, a legacy of love and laughter. I love you and will miss you bunches.  I will cherish all the beautiful memories we had together until the day we meet again in heaven. I met Bill in 2017 when they came to c Colleens sister in Newport Beach, Calif. I thought he was a very nice person n he was so sweet n nice w/Colleen. I njoyed txting Bill to c who we wanted to win the ftbal games.  LoL  I wil miss not txting him anymore.  🏈 He's resting now n in no pain n wil b missed by all who knew him.♥️🎚Lucy n Family. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🍷

I will miss my dear friend, Bill. He could always tell when I was down and he would lift my spirits with his thoughts and prayers Godspeed Bill. To my dear friend Colleen know that he is in a peaceful place now, but will always be in our hearts. I will miss him dearly.

I don't know how I'm going to watch our football games without us texting about how bad our teams are playing..lol! I miss my good morning texts. You always put in your request for me to make you my stew beef, rice and gravy and chili. Most of all I miss your smile when we walked thru the door.  You would tell me that you were proud to call me a daughter. I was the blessed one and proud to have you in my life. Bill, you always told me to stop and smell the roses. I will do that every day that  God gives me.🩷 I love you and miss you so much.  It's not goodbye...just goodbye for now. Until we reunite in Heaven.......

One of my most favorite things to do with my Daddy when I was little was watch football on TV.  He would lay on the couch and I would curl up right beside him.  I would see the referee throw a white flag down and I would say, "what does that mean? What happened?" and he would say, " I don't know, but if you would be quiet they will tell us".  He was so patient and loved to explain afterwards.
