Sharon Katz, née Golden, 84. Beloved wife of the late Burt; devoted mother of Ean (Rob) Katz Woodbury, Adam (Christina) Katz, and Andi (Chris) Katz Bannister; treasured grandmother of Zoë and Jason Katz, Natalie Bannister, Lindsey and Dylan Woodbury, and Sydney Bannister; dear sister of Stuart (Randy) Golden, Jeff (Chava) Golden, Ginni (Danny) Wirth, and Steve Golden; cherished aunt of many. Sharon was a co-founder of several restaurants with her husband, including Burt's Place, Pequod's, and Gulliver's. She and Burt traveled the world, making wonderful memories. She will be deeply missed. Private services have been held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a Jewish charity of your choice.
