James Joseph Vathy, August 22, 2024; 75 of Clarence, New York; Son of the late William & Helen (McTamney) Vathy; brother of Susan E. Hayden; Uncle to Greta Kettle; Great Uncle to Helen Eckman, John Eckman, Daniela Cruz and the late Samantha Guzman . Also survived by many cousins.
James was a graduate of Cardinal O’Hara High School, Owner of Greater Montana Construction Co., Inc., Member of the Southwest Carpenters Association and Licensed Realtor in Red Lodge, MT.
Jim resided in San Diego, Las Vegas and recently in Billings, Montana. He returned to his home state of New York a little over a year ago.
He was known for his love of motorcycles, corvettes, Buffalo Bills, his great sense of humor and love of family.
Private family burial. A Celebration of Life will be held in fall at a time and day to be announced.
