Daniel David Skrzypchak, known to all of us as Danny, died of natural causes on 4/20/2024 quietly in his home, at the age of 41 years old. Danny was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin on 12/27/1982 to Patricia and David Skrzypchak (Adrian, Michigan). Danny married his college sweetheart, Kelly Lynn Skrzypchak on May 30, 2009 on the beaches of Lake Michigan in Ludington, Michigan. They built a beautiful life together in Williamston, Michigan and were blessed with two of the most amazing boys Benjamin Daniel Skrzypchak, 13 years old and Matthew Joseph Skrzypchak, 11 years old. Danny was survived by his immediate family and extended family who were all very near and dear to him. Surviving Danny, was his wife and two sons, his parents, and his grandmother Elane Skrzypchak of Kenosha, WI his sister Amy (Mitchell) of Ann Arbor, MI, his brother Joseph Skrzypchak (Samantha) of Onsted, MI, his nieces, Frances and Alice Graf, and his nephew Spencer. Danny was also very fortunate to be survived by his loving extended family. Danny graduated from Grand Valley State University in April of 2005 with a Business Administration Degree and spent much of his professional career in different positions at Sherwin Williams. His recent career at GM brought him back to his real passion which was anything automotive. He was a dedicated hard working husband, father and son. The loyalty and dedication he had in all the facets of his life makes him irreplaceable. He had a special zest for life that touched every person that he met, his humor was hands down unforgettable and making others laugh was his super power. Anyone you meet who knew and loved Danny has a special story of him making them laugh. His sons were his world and nothing made him happier than to share his hobbies of hunting, fishing, metal detecting and splitting wood with them. He was relentless and loyal in his love for his people. He was known as being meticulous, and some might endearingly say “neurotic,” in taking care of his possessions. No problem was ever too challenging for him, as he would spend hours researching every aspect on how to overcome any issues. Danny was a “jack-of-all-trades,” and could accomplish or fix anything (with the help of YouTube). His sense of excitement and desire to make the most mundane times laughable, fun and unforgettable would often result in some sort of “prop,” showing up. Danny sadly lived a short life, but the life that he lived was full of a lot of laughter and even more love. He wasn’t here for a long time, but it was always a good time. He has left a deep void in our world and will forever be missed.
There will be a celebration of Danny's Life at Wheatfield Township Hall from 4-7 pm on May 11, 2024. Please make sure you bring your stories and memories to share!
