Barbara Frank passed away on Sunday Mar 19, 2023, with her family by her side. She was 71 years old. Barbara was born on June 18, 1951 to parents Wilson & Beulah Allen, in Lansing, MI, and she grew up in Williamston, MI with her 7 siblings.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, William Frank, her daughter Lisa Frank and her son-in-law Sam Goodman, as well as her two granddaughters, Juna & Aia.
At the age of 20, Barbara moved to Los Angeles, CA. While there, she met William, who was also a Michigan native. After 3 years of living in California together, Barbara & William returned to Southwest Michigan, ultimately settling in the village of Eau Claire, where they raised Lisa and lived the majority of their lives until 2022. Amidst declining health, Barbara & William returned once more to Southern California in late 2022 to be closer to Lisa's family. Barbara spent her last months supported & comforted by her family, and found especially great joy in spending time with her granddaughters.
She will be remembered by all who knew her as a loving wife, a caring mother, a doting grandmother and a good person, who loved people, flowers, and adventure, and who was always ready to tell a story, shoot the breeze, or have a good laugh.
"Blessings to Grandma who lives in our hearts." - Quote by grandaughter, Juna (age 4)
