He will be missed by his parents, Gary and Dawn Stokes; his daughter, Heaven Leigh Remski; and his sisters, Contessa Heatwole, Kristie Evans, and Rita Remski.
Richard was incredibly kind, always seeing the best in people and willing to help anyone who needed it. He was creative, with an odd sense of humor, and enjoyed drawing, cars, and video games. He loved his cats, Marshmellow, Pesto, and Leggs Magee, and loved sweets all the time.
He had been working as a manager for Jiffy Lube.
A funeral service will be held on January 20, 2024 at 12:00pm at First Simple Church, 16401 Chickahominy Bluff Rd., Williamsburg, Virginia.
