Karen Marie Faith

Karen Marie Faith, 56 of Williamsburg went to be with the Lord on December 16, 2014 after a 6 year battle with Breast Cancer. Beloved wife of David P.; cherished by her son, Paul D. and his wife Ana; adored sister of Barbara West (Robert), Shirley Hamilton (Robert) & Richard Karge (Sandy); and also survived by loving in-laws, nieces, nephews and many friends. Karen was born in Camden, NJ, married to David for 37 years and moved to Williamsburg in 1992. Karen worked as a school bus driver for 28 years, the last 20 in Williamsburg driving children with special needs. She was a tireless church volunteer working primarily with young children. Karen was very giving and always ready to help anyone. The family wishes to thank Dr. Christina Prillaman and wonderful staff at VOA for their supportive care and treatment; Cindy Mellish, RN of Heartland Hospice and brothers and sisters in Christ at Williamsburg Christian Church. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11am Saturday December 27, 2014 at Williamsburg Christian Church 200 John Tyler Lane with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Williamsburg Christian Church or charity of your choice.
