He is survived by his beloved, precious wife “Lovey” Anne; loving children, Pamela and Darren; precious granddaughter, Summer and grandson, Danny; and great-grandchildren, nieces, other relatives, and many brothers and sisters in Christ.
Saved by the grace and mercy of Jesus Christ and redeemed for eternity, he desired that all that he ever met will know Christ as Savior. He wanted, one last time to commend that Christ is whom He said He was, God manifest in the flesh, come to save a lost and dying world.
He was a veteran of the United States Army and loved his Country.

A visitation will be held October 10, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Nelsen Funeral Home in Williamsburg, VA. A service will take place on October 11, at 1:00 PM at Smith Memorial Baptist Church with a graveside to follow at Williamsburg Memorial Park, 130 King William Dr, Williamsburg, VA 23188.
