Val Berry, 91, Retired Aircraft Machine Parts Inspector, passed away on February 6, 2018. He was born on March 14, 1926 in Dade County, MO to Leonard and Eva Lucinda Berry. He served his country in the U.S. Army during WW II. Preceded in death by his parents and his spouses: Lola Lorene and Geraldine. Survivors: daughter: Judy Ann Berry-Bravo (Pedro) of Pittsburg, KS; son: Thomas E. Berry (Gaytha) of Wichita; brother: Franklin Berry (Ruth) of Kansas City, MO; sisters: Wanda Piprude (John) of Bemidji, MN., Ruby Freeze of Walnut Grove, MO., Bonnie Haines (Richard) of Greenfield, MO; 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 12-1 p.m. Service: 1 p.m. Saturday, February 10, both at Northwest Christian Church, 10850 W. 21st. North, Wichita, KS 67205. Following the Interment at White Chapel there will be a reception at the church.
