Shane D. Smith, 41, Devoted husband, father and Boom Operator for United States Air Force for KC135 passed away on Sunday, December 6, 2015.
Shane served with the Kansas Air National Guard and the Florida Air National Guard. Preceded in death by his father AC Smith and his grandparents.
Survived by his loving wife Kimberly, son Alex Burnside, daughters Courtney Smith, Ashleigh Burnside, Caitlin Smith, mother Dena Smith, brothers Shawn Smith, Donnie White, sister Shelly Fey-Fitch.
