Fisher, Ralph “Dean”, 94, passed away May 18, 2014. Dean enlisted with the US Army in 1942 during World War II and served until 1946. He then reenlisted with the Air Force and served during the Korean Conflict. After over 30 years of military experience, he retired. Dean was a member of VFW Post 112, an avid sports fan and loved his WSU Shockers. Ralph was preceded in death by parents George and Fannie Fisher and two brothers. He is survived by wife of 72 years, Hilda Fisher; son, Jack (Stella) Fisher; daughter, Nikki (Greg) Rincker; sisters, Mary Carlton and Alta Lee Rasmussen; two granddaughters; and two great-granddaughters. Graveside service will be held at Resthaven Gardens of Memory on Thursday May 22, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. A memorial has been established with the Kansas Masonic Home, 401 S Seneca St, Wichita, KS 67213.
