Nguyen, Phong Huu, 62, of Wichita, Kansas passed away peacefully on Thursday September 5, 2019 at his home in Wichita. Phong was born the son of Bau and Vinh Nguyen on August 7, 1957 in Saigon, Vietnam. Family members include his loving wife; Xinh Thi Dang; children; Rosa Nguyen, Elizabeth Nguyen, Anthony Nguyen, Brian Nguyen, father; Bau Nguyen, mother; Vinh Nguyen (Deceased), siblings and extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday September 11, 2019 from 12pm to 5:30pm with rosary at 6pm, Thursday September 12, 2019 from 12pm to 5:30pm with rosary at 6pm and Friday September 13, 2019 from 12pm to 5:30pm with rosary at 6pm all at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th St. N., Wichita. Funeral mass will be 10am on Saturday September 14, 2019 at Saint Anthony Catholic Church, 258 N. Ohio Ave., Wichita, Kansas. Burial will follow at Ascension Cemetery, Bel Aire, Kansas.
