Philip was known for his collection of vintage cars, which he lovingly restored to their former glory. He took great pride in displaying his cars and sharing his knowledge with others. Beyond his love for cars and history. He was a member of the Gold Wing Club. Philip was also an active and longtime member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents; survived by his sister Sherry (Gary) Haddock, cousins; Mike Bundy and Larry Bundy, Niece Nikki Rogers, Nephew Mike Martin, Great Nephews Nathan Rogers and Owen Rogers, and his friends JoAnn Yager and Peggy Hermes.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7 PM, Thursday, September 21, 2023, and a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM, Friday, September 22, 2023, both at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church located at 861 N. Socora St., Wichita, KS 67212. A Committal service will be following at the mausoleum at Resurrection Cemetery located at 1640 N. Maize Rd., Wichita, KS 67212.
