Marla T. Sunday

Marla Terissa Sunday, age 72, of Derby, Kansas passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021. She was born in Columbus, Kansas to Joseph and Frances (Meeker) Robinson on March 3, 1949. She is preceded in death by her parents, loving husband Bill Sunday and brother Bill Robinson. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter Tisha and husband Daniel Hartman and her beloved grandchildren Grace and Christopher Hartman.

Life for Marla began on her family wheat farm, she later graduated from Columbus High School in 1967 and then worked as a secretary for over 20 years at Boeing. She loved her grandchildren, shopping, and her kitties: "Molly Mae" and "Mitzi Zoo Zoo".

A celebration of Marla's life will be held on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at 3:00 pm in the Wheat Venue at Lakeview Funeral Home. A graveside service will take place Monday, October 25, 2021 at 1:00pm at Park Cemetery in Columbus, Kansas.
