Margaret was born in Cedar Vale, Kansas on May 22, 1937, the youngest child of John and Henrietta Bolton. Her family, including siblings Anna, Doris, and Robert Thomas moved to the Wichita area during WWII. She attended school in Planeview and would be remembered by her middle name, Norene.
She is survived by her sister, Anna Vaughn of Glen Carbon, Illinois and children Janet Taylor, John Mickey, and Sandra Tarpenning of Wichita and Susan Mickey of Kansas City. Survivors also include grandchildren Meghann Borjas, Gardner, Kansas and Cole Myers of Wichita, and many beloved great-grandchildren.
We will always love and miss our wonderful mom and grandma.
A private memorial will be held in the spring.
