Georgia was retired secretary at First Presbyterian Church and had also worked at Presbytery Office in Wichita, KS. After retirement, she worked as a volunteer at Economy Corner. She also worked at Best Western Offices and Kansas Children’s League.
She attended Wichita Christian Academy on Maize Road, East High and graduated from South High in 1966.
She attended Faith Baptist Church, Wichita, KS and later First Baptist Church, Maize, KS. Georgia loved to travel, she and her husband Don had been all over the United States and many places overseas.
Preceded in death by her husband, Don of almost 40 years and parents, Percy and Glady Likes.
Survived by her brother-in-laws, Kent (Jana) Kaba, Bill (Liz) Kaba, Scott (Cindy) Kaba, Tim (Mary) Kaba; sister-in-laws Kerri (Mike) Smith and Judy (Doug) Frahm; 14 nieces and nephews; as well as many friends, ladies of bible study groups and long-time acquaintances.
Service for Georgia, will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 8th, at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 East 13th Street North, Wichita, KS 67206.
