Garfield “Teek” Lee Klaassen, 85, passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2024, in Newton, Kansas. He was born November 9, 1938, in Hillsboro, Kansas to the late Benjamin and Margaret L.W. (Regier) Klaassen.
Growing up on a farm, just south of Hillsboro, he was a hard worker and enjoyed being helpful to others. Teek had a tender and kind spirit. He enjoyed watching John Wayne or any other kind of western, The Three Stooges, and the Lone Ranger. A collection he was proud of.
Garfield had 85 years full of love and life!
