Dennis graduated from Wichita East High School. After graduation he worked for the Wichita Water Department where he was a systems operator. Then he worked as Sheriffs Officer until retirement.
Dennis was huge KC Chiefs fan, he enjoyed bowling, and most of all spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Leonard and Faye Pope and Robert Sr. and Elsie Jutz; father, Robert Jutz Jr.; son, Blake Taylor Jutz; and longtime friend Daniel Olmsted.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories, his mother, Naomi Jutz; three children, Hailey (Richard) Elson, Logan Jutz, and Madison Jutz; one grandchild, Bowen Elson; and two siblings, Kimberly (Tim) Weih and Douglas (Gina) Jutz.
Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 W. Highway 54, Wichita, Kansas 67209.
