Cynthia was born January 11, 1949 in Parsons, Kansas, a daughter of John and Virginia (Stanfield) Holland.
Cindy was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend to all whom she met. She was a caregiver, and was always excited to spend time with her family as she was the center of family activities. Cynthia was a selfless person, and was always willing to give of her time, talents, and treasures. She was a tiny lady with the BIGGEST heart.
Cindy was a hard worker and never finished anything halfway, but always insisted on doing everything in the right way even if it meant more of a sacrifice. She gave charitably to different children and animal support groups such as Kansas Humane Society and St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Cynthia was also a regular giver to the bible broadcasting network, and was a woman of faith who loved Jesus Christ along with the word of God.
She is preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, James “Jim” Way; and her sister, Danielle.
She is survived by: her children, Duane (Michelle) Way and Dean Way; her brother, Doug (Pam) Holland; her grandchildren, Kimberly (Carson) Bailes, Destiny Way, Michael (Bella) Way, Tiffany Way; her great-grandchildren, Connor, Braylen, Aubrey, Rylie, Cole, and Lorelai.
Celebration of Life Service will be held 2:00 P.M. on Friday, April 28, 2023 at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, 4408 W. Central Avenue, Wichita, Kansas. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in Cindy's name with St. Jude Children's Hospital.
Arrangements have been entrusted with Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Wichita.
