Shew, Bobby Lee, 73, retired Boeing Air Force One quality assurance, Navy veteran, WPD, artist, loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He is preceded in death by his parents David P. and Vivan F. Shew and brother Billy "Willie" Shew. Survivors include wife Laura E. Shew; sister Barbara (Paul) Courson; sisterCindy Shew; children Tavane "Banie" (Mike) Gerber, Deidira "Dede" (Bill) Davidson, Danita Haney, Joanna Shew, Bobby (Susan) Shew, Dawn (Spencer) Wehrley, David Prentice (Karen) Shew, Michael (Debbie) Grimes, Wesley Grimes, Robert (Kim) Grimes; 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Viewing will be held Monday June 28 from 3-8 P.M. with family receiving from 7-8 and funeral services will be held Tuesday July 29 at 3:00 P.M. at Resthaven Mortuary Chapel, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, KS 67209.
