Andy was born on Super Bowl Sunday, January 18, 1976, when the Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the Dallas Cowboys 21-17. His love of NFL football began the day he was born and continued to be his passion supporting his favorite teams, the Denver Broncos and Kansas State Wildcats.
Andy’s smile lit up every room and he was always the life of the party. He loved his friends, boys and family and always looked forward to a chance to be together. He loved to fish and play Wii bowling with his boys, BBQ with friends, throw house parties (especially on game days), Nerf gun wars and had an endless wealth of random trivia knowledge that he used to beat everyone in board games.
He was a tireless worker, and his work friends quickly became “family”. He started working at the age of 14. He used his great personality and friendly spirit to build relationships with customers and co-workers.
Andy will be missed every day by those that loved him but especially on his favorite days, which is any day a football game is on. Although his life was short, he had gifted his family with everlasting memories and love that carry them through. May he rest in paradise.
He is survived by his two amazing sons Dayne and Parker Jones of Wichita. His parents John and Mary Jones of Wichita. Brother and sister-in-law Jeff and Natalie Jones of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Nephews Hayden and Wyatt Jones of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends including his former spouse, Andrea Jones. In addition, his constant companions Moose & Miles.
