Ambler, Alta F., 88, retired homemaker, went to be with the Lord on December 31, 2012. She is survived by sons Mike (Maryann) of Griffin, Georgia, Danny (Sherlynn) of Wichita, Kansas and Rich Ambler of Fairway, Kansas; grandchildren David (Tracie) of Columbus, Ohio, Scott (Carrie) of Fowler, Kansas and Brooke Ambler of Chicago, Illinois; great-grandchildren Tyler Chambers of Fowler, Kansas, Evelyn, Ben and Nathan Ambler of Columbus, Ohio. Visitation with family present Friday 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.at Resthaven Mortuary. Funeral service is at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Westside Christian Church.
