JoEtta was born on October 13, 1936 in Gasoline, Texas to Elvie and Heburn Hamner. She attended school in Gasoline and Quitaque, Texas. She married Bob Morris in 1953 and resided in Quitaque. Places they lived throughout the years include, Matador, Tulia, Seminole, Pampa, Possum Kingdom and Megargel, Texas. She attended the Southside Baptist in Olney. She was preceded in death by a son: Robert Morris, 2 sisters, and 2 brothers.
Survivors include her husband: Bob Morris of Megargel; daughters: Sherry Neill and husband Randy, Lynda Caffey and husband Tracy, Freda Debrick and husband Daniel, Terrie Conley, Tracie Fulton and husband Stormy, Robbie Seymour and husband Melvin; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10am, Tuesday, February 9th in the Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Megargel Cemetery, Megargel, Texas.
