He was born in Ringling, Oklahoma to Jack and Ella McKay on January 14, 1947.
He was preceded in death by his wife Barbara and son Jimmy McKay.
He is survived by son Michael McKay of Oregon, stepson Kevin Mathews and wife Carolyn of Bowie, TX and Chris Mathews of Norman, Oklahoma.
Graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 10 2021 at 2PM at Crestview Memorial Park in Wichita Falls, TX.
