Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, August 30, 2013 in the chapel of Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Garden of Meditation at Crestview Memorial Park.
Dora was born June 8, 1923 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Williams and Dora (Moore) Daves. She was raised in Wichita Falls and was a homemaker most of her life. She later moved to Kingfisher, Oklahomato be with her daughter. Dora’s grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren were the love of her life. She loved spending time with them as much as she could and they loved being with her.
Dora is preceded in death by her parents, husband Eugene, sister Frankie Boswell, brothers Bill and Eldon Daves and a brother and sister-in law Billy and Janie Dean.
She is survived by her daughter, Becky Pearson of Kingfisher, OK., grandchildren, David Dean, John and Debbie Dean, Luke Schlabs and Chuck and Becca Schlabs all of Kingfisher, OK., Scott and Tammy Dean of Danger, Texas and Chris and Lana Carter of Longview, Texas.
