She was born to Ashley and Kenji, January 16, 2003, in Wichita Falls, Texas. Deja was in the 8th grade and attended McNiel Junior High. She loved playing her lego game on her playstation everyday from the time she woke up until she went to bed. She also loved swinging, playing with blocks, riding around in her wheelchair, and carrying around her mother's Michael Kors designer purse.
Deja is survived by parents Ashely McCarrell and Kenji Johnson, Grandparents Cindy and Roland McCarrell, Gloria and Hollis, Great Grandmother Lupita, Great grandparents Lonnie and Joyce Schwarze, sisters and brother Janae, Jazlynn, Kenji, Kianna, and Kentrell, Aunt Lauren, and closest cousins Brysen, Maliyah, Braylon, and Valorie, and extended family. She was preceded in death by brother Alexander McCarrell.
