Peter Nieves passed away Saturday, June 01, 2024, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family. He was a loving dad and supportive grandfather. He was such a bright light with his sense of humor and caring spirit. Peter is survived by his devoted wife Carmen, daughters Lisa Nieves and Leslie Quiles, son-in law Leonard Quiles, grandsons Christopher Leonard, Nicholas Peter and Joshua Matthew. He is also survived by his brother, Ralph Nieves, sister-in laws, Angie Nieves, Irene Nieves and Evangeline Gonzalez and wonderful nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 115 Lacey Road, Whiting, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at 11:30 AM at St. Thomas More Roman Catholic Church, 186 Gordons Corner Rd, Manalapan Township, NJ 07726. A Committal Service to include Military Honors will follow at 12:45 PM at Forest Green Park Cemetery, 535 Texas Rd, Marlboro, NJ 07751.
