the Crestwood Manor Retirement Community in Whiting, NJ. He was 87.
Born in Hartford, CT, he lived in Brick before moving to Whiting 10
years ago.
A dedicated Alumnus, graduated with the class of 1948, Psi Upsilon
Fraternity from Hamilton College, Clinton, NY.
Frank, a chemical salesman for Union Carbide in New York City for 32
years, retired in 1980. After spending one year in sales at Larson
Ford, Lakewood, NJ and various other jobs, he returned to Larson
where he worked an additional 20 years in accounts receivables to
retire a second time in 2005.
In addition to his love for God and his family, Frank was also a lifelong
participant in the Boy Scouts. Achieving the rank of Eagle Scout himself,
Frank also became Assistant Scoutmaster of Troop 1 in North Caldwell, NJ.
He was predeceased by his wife Barbara (Leach) Wright who died in
2001 and also by an older brother James who passed in WW II.
Surviving are 2 sons: Scott of Whitehall, PA and Craig and his wife
Heather of Coatesville, PA and a Granddaughter Arden.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 22nd at 11:00am at
The Presbyterian Church of Toms River, 1070 Hooper Ave, Toms
