Kyle Renee Navarre, age 60, of Commerce Township, passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Henry Ford Hospital in West Bloomfield. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Mark; her three children: Michelle (Nick) Karpathios, Justin (Martina) Navarre, and Ryan Navarre; her three grandchildren: Georgia and Ariana Karpathios, and Rafael Navarre; her four siblings: Kimberly (Greg) Riggs, Carl (Tom) Angott, Timothy (Wendy) Angott, and Eric (Maria) Angott; her three half-siblings: Karen Smeltecop, Kevin Angott, and Kristin Angott; her father, Carl (Karen) Angott; her two dogs, Link and Archie; and many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Kyle was born April 30, 1961, in Detroit, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Carl and Norma (Schmitt) Angott. She was introduced to Mark Navarre while out with friends and young love blossomed into a 39 year relationship, getting married on September 22, 1984. Kyle was a loving stay at home mother and homemaker throughout her life; and took great pride in raising her three children. In her free time, Kyle could be found watching a movie or listening to music, and loved to spend time with her family and friends.
She held fond memories of her road trips across the country; she spent as much time as she could sitting on the beach in the sunshine. She cherished the holiday season, using it as a way to connect with family and friends. She was a wonderful woman who will be missed by many.
Kyle was preceded in death by her mother, Norma; her stepfather, Ted Anderson; and her mother-in-law, Lynn Navarre.
In accordance with Kyle's wishes, cremation will take place. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, September 24, 2021, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 9086 Hutchins Road, White Lake, Michigan 48386 with luncheon to follow. Kyle's family will be present to receive friends on Thursday, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm, with a Rosary at 7:00 pm, at the Union Lake Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road, White Lake, Michigan 48386, and again on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of Mass at 11:00 am. Those desiring may consider memorial contributions to the family, or to the Michigan Humane Society.
