Graduated Alameda High School, 1973.
Earned Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, from the University of Colorado Denver.
Employed at COBE LABS as Electrical Engineer, then at the Federal Center in Lakewood, CO, as Mechanical Engineer for The Bureau of Reclamation, later transferred to Farmington, NM, in 2004.
He was kind and talented with a wry sense of humor. Bob enjoyed maintaining and refurbishing automobiles and dabbled in photography. Bob’s true love was music; he played electric and acoustic guitar, and in his thirties, he played with a band called The Convertibles.
Bob is survived by his sister, Patricia Joann Brown; nephews David Edward Brown, Jeremy Neal Callan, and Jason Santymire; niece Allison Nicole Brown; great nephews Judah Callan, Emrys Brown, Jadon, Cason, and Johnny Santymire; great niece Grace Callan; great niece Larena Santymire; great-great nephew Kingston Callan. Predeceased by sister Virginia Susan Santymire.
Services will be held at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary & Cemetery 7777 West 29th Ave. Wheat Ridge, CO starting at 3:00 pm with a Graveside Service, then a Celebration of Life starting at 4:00 pm.
